Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, all NitzBox products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once dispatched.

This includes:

  • Opened products

  • Unopened products

  • Kits that have been partially or fully used

We are unable to accept returns under any circumstances unless the item is confirmed as faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incomplete, we’re here to help.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photographic evidence showing the damage or fault

Once received, our team will assess the issue promptly.

Where appropriate, we will offer:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A refund, depending on the circumstances

All cases are reviewed individually to ensure a fair and reasonable outcome.
